Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CareHub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using CareHub on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
CareHub is a subscription-based software platform that provides administrative tools, document templates, and AI-generated drafts for care providers. The service does not provide legal, medical, clinical, or regulatory advice.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly ($40/month) or annually ($384/year, equivalent to $32/month). Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the AI to generate fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content; (b) submit data you do not have the right to share; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service; (d) use CareHub to spam or harass.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of all data you enter. You grant CareHub a limited license to host, process, and display your data for the purpose of delivering the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you input.
6. AI-generated content
CareHub's AI assistant produces drafts based on your prompts and data. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before sharing it with families, staff, residents, or regulators.
7. Compliance disclaimer
CareHub is administrative software, not a substitute for legal, medical, or regulatory advice. Forms, checklists, and compliance scoring are provided as guidance only. You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with current Georgia Department of Community Health rules and any applicable federal or state regulations.
8. Termination
You may cancel any time from Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or law. Upon termination, your data is retained for up to 90 days for restoration, then deleted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CareHub's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and emailed to administrators. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
